We're looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic, and positive entrepreneur to join Safe-esteem as marketing, customer acquisition and growth leader.

Safe-esteem is a Miami-based startup developing the world's first personal safety barometer, and tackling one the most critical and timely global challenges: how to measure and communicate personal risk (yes, including COVID-19) in order to reduce bias and disinformation, and improve judgment & decision-making quality. We use a patented algorithm to deliver highly personalized and real-time risk & safety scores and insights, empowering users to lead smarter, safer, and unafraid lives.

You would join a team with decades of industry-leading expertise in the risk intelligence, mitigation, and protective security operations, and an early-stage startup with three years of stealth development under its belt.

This will start as a low/partially-compensated position - we are looking for co-founder caliber candidates who may currently have other sources of income or even become seed investors, although that is not a requirement. You will need to commit a TBD number of hours per week for three to six months (depending on funding efforts’ success) with the opportunity to acquire a high single-digit equity position in the company.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing campaigns across a variety of platforms to drive as much qualified online traffic as possible. You will serve as a key player in expanding our digital presence and (crowd)funding success.

The ideal candidate needs to have demonstrated skills in Social Media and Content Development Management. He or She needs to be highly creative, data driven and well versed in measuring business incrementality & dynamic media optimization.

You should be an expert in digital user acquisition and an experienced digital content creator. Must be thrilled by the opportunity to tackle challenges and enjoy turning limited resources into gold.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible of initial app launch marketing plan and execution of heavily social ad campaigns, paid search and programmatic ads buys for mobile and desktop.

  • Identify and engage early adopters and beta/MVP users.

  • Validate and/or update target market profiling and segmentation during MVP phase.

  • Develop KPI, messaging plan, retargeting strategies, and spend tactics to reach acquisition goals.

  • Develop, manage, and analyze communication workflows for campaigns; provide recommendations for improvement and efficiency.

  • Develop content, visual assets that work synergistically for maximum ROI.

  • Develop A/B testing programs to maximize acquisition efforts and return.

  • Author campaign-driven landing pages for segmentation analysis and a/b/n testing"

  • Create customer segmentation strategy to enable efficient customer acquisition across responsible channels.

  • Strategizing, creating, implementing, and monitoring traffic-generating campaigns on mobile and desktop using best practices.

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the product offering, industry, and customers of the brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Three or more years of Digital Marketing experience.

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree preferred.

  • Solid experience of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

  • In-depth experience with website analytical tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.

  • Experience creating custom audiences/targeting.

  • Excellent multi-tasker with a history of successfully managing simultaneous projects.

  • Consistent, reliable, and deeply committed to protecting the privacy and safety of our customers and the team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Mobile apps marketing/growth knowledge/experience.

  • Crowdfunding knowledge/experience.

  • Basic design skills preferred.

  • Healthcare, quantified self, or insurance industry knowledge.
